Richard F. Rose (Ric) was born and raised in Seattle. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from the University of Washington's School of Business. He obtained a Master's degree from Seattle University's School of Theology and Ministry and a J.D. degree from Seattle University's School of Law. Before he practiced law, Ric was director of a non-profit organization in the Tacoma area that provides homes and work for people with developmental disabilities. He opened the Rose Law Office in Puyallup, Washington in 2000, concentrating his practice in the area of disability and elder law. Ric is also a certified professional guardian.
Nancy J. Lee was born and raised in south Seattle. She earned her J.D. with honors from Seattle University's School of Law. Before joining the Rose Law Office, Nancy enjoyed a successful career as a Boeing Engineer Manager for over twenty years. Nancy is a volunteer for the First Responder's Clinic sponsored by the Washington State Bar Association, providing estate planning to Law Enforcement and Firefighters. Nancy's primary focus is elder law and she is also proficient in Social Security disability law.
Kaili McLean was born and raised in Spokane. She graduated from the University of Washington with a degree in Economics. Kaili comes to the Rose Law Office by way of Los Angeles, where she worked for a Social Security disability law firm there. Kaili is one of two Social Security disability case managers at the Rose Law Office. Kaili is also in her first year of law school at Seattle University.
Eileen Jones graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, with a degree in English. She has been a Washington resident for about 12 years. Eileen has over 25 years experience in administrative assistance and 5 years working for law firms. Ric and Eileen actually worked together in the late nineties at Elie Halpern and Associates in Olympia, when Ric was a legal intern there in law school. Eileen is the other Social Security disability case manager and she brings with her both her experience in Social Security disability as well as her commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Tamara Mastropoalo was born and raised in Blaine, Washington. She attended Central Washington University and Cascade Business College. Tamara and her husband Chris moved to Puyallup with their son, Jordon, in 2006. Before coming to the Rose Law Office, Tamara worked as a real estate assistant, a legal receptionist, as well as a legal assistant for a family law attorney in Whatcom County. Tamara's role at the Rose Law Office is to assist Ric in the day to day management of the firm.
Cindy Rose comes from Portland, Oregon. She graduated from Colorado State University with a bachelor's degree in music therapy. She then obtained a Master's degree in pastoral ministry from Seattle University, where she also met her husband, Ric. Cindy worked for many years as a pastoral counselor. Currently, she is the office manager for the new Kent office. She is also the proud mother of her two musically talented children, Tim and Emmy.
Michelle Siebenaler was born and raised in Kent, WA. She earned her B.A. in Business Administration from Western Washington University and her J.D. from Seattle University, where she met Nancy Lee. Before joining the Rose Law Offices, Michelle worked as a procurement agent and advisor for the Boeing Company in the Research and Technology division. Michelle now assists Nancy in the elder law practice of the firm. Michelle enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and young daughter.
Dave Simonson hails from Wenatchee, WA and he graduated from Washington State University. A diehard Cougar fan, Dave worked for many years for the Washington State Patrol and then the Washington State National Guard. After his retirement from the Guard, he returned to school and obtained a degree in Paralegal studies. Dave has worked for over five years for the Rose Law Offices and he is currently handling Social Security disability hearings as a Claimant's Representative.
Janelle Kapsh graduated from Rogers High School in Puyallup in 2009. She is currently the receptionist at the Puyallup office, assisting clients and staff whenever needed. Janelle is also pursuing a degree in Psychology and Communications in hopes of working in kid's ministry and becoming a children's pastor. Janelle recently returned from 6 months overseas volunteering with Youth with a Mission, working in South Africa, Egypt and Kenya.
